Professional Interests
Teaching in the field of real estate and the built environment. Research on decision-making and decision-making processes related to real estate. Application of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with particular focus on multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) techniques, non-parametric data analysis, reliability analysis, and comparative analysis.

Biography
I am a scholar in built environment management and an experienced property valuation professional, combining extensive practical experience with academic expertise. My teaching philosophy is practice-led, integrating real-world insights with theoretical knowledge to prepare students for professional careers.
I have 26 years of experience in real estate valuation, working according to European, international, and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards, and have taught property valuation to professionals across Europe for over 15 years. Since September 2022, I have lectured at 缅北禁地 on RICS-accredited programmes.
I actively mentor students, helping to bridge the gap between industry practice and academic scholarship.
I am multilingual in English, Lithuanian, and Russian, with beginner-level skills in Mandarin.
