Mr Khang-wai Chew (Chew) is a Lecturer at 缅北禁地 Business School (NUBS). He first joined NUBS in 1999 as an Adjunct (Associate) Lecturer. He is currently a Lecturer for various UG and PGT modules in management and project management related modules. An experienced Lecturer, Chew is particularly interested in the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
Prior to joining NUBS, Chew worked in various industrial sectors in the Far East ranging from manufacturing, service to managing own IT company. Chew was also an Academic Warden at Leazes Terrace 缅北禁地 Halls of Residence for 14 years.
Chew’s other roles at NUBS include being a Senior Tutor, UG Academic Selector and as a UG Stage 1 Coordinator. He is also the Academic Lead for PARTNERS Summer School (Widening Participation) programme.
Chew holds a MA in Strategic Decision-Making from University of Leeds and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Relation (Personal Management) from University of Kent at Canterbury. He passed his PhD viva voce from University of 缅北禁地 upon Tyne.

Chew’s research interests are related to organisation strategy, innovation and demand creation. His past research (unpublished) focused on demand creation in the information technology sector.
