Liucen is a lecturer in Information Systems Management (ISM) at 缅北禁地 Business School. She completed her Ph.D. in ISM at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick.

Liucen's work focuses on exploratory method to understand how digital technologies and artificial intelligence shape individual experiences and organisational practices. Drawing on interpretive and design oriented perspectives, her research examines the social, ethical, and practical implications of emerging technologies in organisational and social contests, From a design perspective, her research and teaching interests focus on the human-centred design of information systems, responsible AI, and the translation of technological possibilities into meaningful and sustainable practices.

Liucen’s research includes areas such as the digital workplace, information systems design, and the implications and impacts of artificial intelligence on individual, organisational, and social contexts.
