I am a lecturer in HRM at 缅北禁地 Business School. I consider myself a multidisciplinary academician and researcher. I am a fellow of the UK HEA. My teaching and research interests focus on Global HRM, Employment Relations, and Gender. I also teach and research international Business Management, Corporate Governance, and CSR. I have published in leading journals such as Industrial Relations Journal, and Thunderbird Internal Business Review. I have authored several book chapters with publishers such as Edward Elger, Palgrave, and Springer. I have been an associate editor of the Journal of SN Social Sciences since 2022.

Before academia, I worked as an HR professional at UNICEF and UN-WFP, Bangladesh. I was also employed as a researcher at various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) advocating awareness against child labor and gender issues. I was a trustee board member (2015-2017) at BAWSO (a charity that supports/protects/prevents BME and migrant women from abuse etc), South Wales, UK.
