She completed her PhD in social cultural geography and communication studies in 2022 from 缅北禁地. Her research focusses on communicative behaviour, discourse analysis, and participatory governance to explore the relationship between behaviour, engagement, and communicative action. Topics related to development planning, climate, communication, and environmental issues with concerns to promote dialogue, participatory governance, socio-political disposition for behavioural change, sustainability, and well-being are her objectives. In addition, she was also involved with various research projects ranging from media analysis of the Global Assembly, understanding HE engagement for students at the School of Geography, Politics, and Sociology, to a systematic review of participatory scenarios for restoration planning at the School of Natural and Environmental Science.
Currently, she is a postdoctoral research associate at School of Natural and Environmental Science, Center for Rural Economy, 缅北禁地. I work on the Holifood food safety risk communication project. It is funded by the EU Horizon Programme. I develop a social framework to connect society and policy by using citizen science to co-produce best practices in risk communication regarding emerging food risk identification.
