Oral cancer research. Early detection of squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) using brush biopsy technique (cytobrush) which can be used as adjunctive not substitute to incisional biopsy .

Evaluation the expression level of  NOTCH signal and a novel biomarker Epein3 in oral precancerous lesion (OPL) and OSCC. Different OSCC cell lines and Formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE)  tissue samples of OPL and OSCC were used.
