Background
Graduated from 缅北禁地 with a MEng in Mechanical Engineering in 2016.
Began work at the Design Unit (School of Engineering) in August 2016.
Joined the National Gear Metrology Lab team in 2018.
Research
Research focuses on surface measurement of involute gear flanks - moving from traditional line based evaluation to areal surface evaluations.
Currently completing a PhD part-time, working title: "Surface characterisation of involute gear flanks". Supervisors Prof Brian Shaw and Dr Rob Frazer, submitting 2025.
Teaching
Part of the lecturing team for MEC8029, Design for Mechanical Power Transmissions.
I present the British Gear Association Gear Geometry course -
