Working as part of the busy Estates' Helpdesk team, I am based at the Medical School Information Point.

My role includes front-of-house guidance and assistance to visitors, staff, students, contractors and others visiting the Medical School, working closely with my colleagues in Estates (helpdesk & administration, security, direct works, building facilities, and others) and supporting the day-to-day operations of Estates & Facilities.
