Background

Hannah is a Royal Society University Research Fellow in Medicinal Chemistry at 缅北禁地 School of Natural and Environmental Sciences and the 缅北禁地 Centre for Cancer. Her research interests lie in beyond cysteine covalent drug discovery for the application to challenging, high value cancer targets.

January 2019 - July 2022: Post-doctoral researcher in the group of Prof. Mike Waring, CRUK Drug Discovery Unit, 缅北禁地 Centre for Cancer.


August 2022 – December 2025:  Senior Post-doctoral researcher in the group of Prof. Mike Waring, CRUK Drug Discovery Unit, 缅北禁地 Centre for Cancer.


Worked on the development of novel approaches to high value cancer targets with a focus on irreversible inhibition delivering potent covalent inhibitors across three projects.

I teach first year undergraduate tutorials in Fundamentals of Organic Chemistry CHY1110.
