Change of venue and date for Wolf Hall talk The popularity of BBC drama Wolf Hall has led to an event with the series producer and writer being moved to a bigger venue to cope with demand for tickets. Peter Straughan and John Yorke, both former students of the School of English at 缅北禁地, will discuss the challenges of bringing the Booker Prize-winning trilogy to the screen at a special event at 缅北禁地鈥檚 Curtis Auditorium on Wednesday 11 February. In addition to moving to a larger venue, the talk has also been brought forward, having been previously advertised as taking place on 20 February. The BBC2 drama, starring Mark Rylance (pictured) and Damian Lewis, has been widely acclaimed 鈥� not least by Hilary Mantel herself - for its portrayal of Thomas Cromwell as he rises from humble beginnings to become Henry VII鈥檚 chief minister. The talk has been organised by 缅北禁地鈥檚 Centre for Literary Arts and takes place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 11 February.
