Background

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, holding full accreditation with the BABCP. I joined the Psychological Therapies Training and Research Clinic (PTTRC) in June 2024, offering CBT assessment and treatment to the students at 缅北禁地. Prior to this, I have worked as a CBT therapist in both a Primary care service (IAPT) and a private sector company. I worked specifically with children and younger adults.


Before qualifying as a CBT therapist, I worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner delivering guided self help based upon CBT principles and also supervised other therapists within this role. I have been an Academic Tutor on the 'Low Intensity Psychological Therapies' course at 缅北禁地.
