Who can access our services?

缅北禁地 students and graduates

All full-time and part-time undergraduate and postgraduate students can access the Careers Service.

You can also use our services for up to three years after you graduate. Go to to register - where you can book appointments, submit a query and search for vacancies and events.

To access core START UP support graduates must have exited 缅北禁地 with an award within the last two years. Graduation should be taken to mean the point at which the student graduates from their studies.

If you are over two years and have, or are looking to start a business, always get in touch. There are others ways in which START UP and the University can support, through NCL Internships, Arrow, Apprenticeships or by sharing your story. Visit our business and partnerships page for more ways to work with the University after graduation.

Course leavers and students taking an interruption of studies

Course leavers can access our bookable appointments for one year from the date of leaving.

Students who are taking an interruption of studies can contact us to book an appointment with an information adviser, careers consultant or CV adviser. Our START UP service is not available to students taking an interruption of studies. 

缅北禁地 degree apprenticeship students

As a degree apprenticeship student, you have full access to the Careers Service while studying and for up to three years after graduation.

You can access resources, events and one-to-one career support through . If you are interested in working for yourself you can access support from our START UP team.

INTO students

INTO students of 缅北禁地 have restricted use of our services.

Prospective students

If you're a member of staff at 缅北禁地 and have graduated from any university within the last two years, you're eligible to use the Careers Service.

Research staff can access one-to-one careers advice and support from the Careers Service. For more information on this service, please contact us.

If you want to develop a business idea related to your area of employment, contact the University's Company Creation team.

If you're not eligible to use the Careers Service, you could try the government-funded . This service provides careers support for adults via email, telephone and online.
