Background
Cen has an interdisciplinary background in engineering, languages, and psychology. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Chartered Linguist of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, UK. She is now near completion of her PhD degree at 缅北禁地, which focuses on the impact of emotion on cognitive processes in the setting of conference interpreting. She joined the Translational and Clinical Research Institute as a postdoc in Digital Health in 2024. Currently she oversees several projects in the lab and endeavours to contribute to the future of healthcare with digital technologies.

Cen is interested in research on emotion perception and experiences.
Teaching
Cen is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
