Dr Chloe Geagan is a Clinical Psychologist at the John Walton Muscular Dystrophy Research Centre supporting patients with Duchenne and their families from the point of diagnosis, as well as colleagues to expand their expertise in DMD. Chloe has dedicated research time that will play an important role in the development of national psychosocial standards of care and referral pathways. This is an integral part of the DMD Care UK project with significant funding and collaboration from the DMD patient community.

Chloe's background includes working with children and young people (CYP) and their families living with long-term physical health conditions in acute paediatric neuropsychology, oncology and epilepsy as well as in community and inpatient mental health services. Chloe has a strong interest in improving services for CYP with long-term and life limiting physical health conditions. She is currently completing her post doctoral training in Paediatric Neuropsychology.
