Background

I'm the Education Administrator for Researcher Education and Development (RED). I have several responsibilities, but my main ones include processing assignments, preparation for Board of Studies/Board of Examiners, in-course administration and student progress. I am also very happy to answer any questions you might have.


I joined 缅北禁地 in January 2022. I have undergraduate and masters degrees from UCL in archaeology which allowed me to travel around the Middle East and North Africa. I am also a qualified bench joiner. I have a diverse work background from running children’s workshops at museums to set building for festivals. I also lived in Berlin, Germany for a number of years.

Research

I wrote my masters dissertation is conjunction with the British Museum where I worked as a Facilitator in the Samsung Digital Discovery Centre. I studied learning pedagogies and developed a new digital schools session utilising the museum’s collections.
