Where can I find my Alumni ID?

Your alumni ID will be included in any email communications you have recently received from 缅北禁地. If you are unable to locate this, please email advancement@newcastle.ac.uk stating your full name, degree and year of graduation and we will confirm your Alumni ID.

I am not currently receiving any alumni communications from 缅北禁地, what should I do?

The contact details we hold for you may be out of date. You can easily update your details and communication preferences via our online update your details form.

How do I inform you that my contact details have changed?

The easiest way is to complete our online update your details form.

How do I access a copy of my degree transcript?

All the information you need to access your official degree documents can be found on the Results, Documents and Verification webpage. Please email nu.docs@newcastle.ac.uk if you still require assistance. 

Can you provide a reference for my job application?

You will need to contact your tutor and/or your faculty, school or research unit to request a character reference.

How long after graduation do I have access to my university email account?

Your access to IT facilities, including OneDrive, email and filestore, will expire 7 months after the successful completion of your studies. . 

Do you offer alumni discount for further study?

Yes, we offer a 20% Graduate Discount which is applied to all full years of study. Check your eligibility. 

Are there any 缅北禁地 alumni events taking place near me?

All upcoming in-person and online events are displayed on our website. View upcoming alumni events.

Our Alumni Networks (led by graduate volunteers) also regularly organise events around the world. Join an Alumni Network. 

How do I share news with my alumni community?

We love to hear what our graduates have gone on to achieve after leaving us!鈥疨lease complete this  to let us know your news. A member of the Advancement team will then be in touch to let you know how this will be shared with your fellow alumni. 

How do I access 缅北禁地 Students’ Union?

Our Students’ Union building is open to the public. You don’t need a membership to gain access. You can enjoy the various food outlets, browse the merchandise shop or attend a gig.

How do I book a campus tour?

If you would like to return to campus to check out what has changed and what remains the same from your student days, we can arrange a student-led campus tour for you. Please email advancement@newcastle.ac.uk with your preferred date.

Can you help me to organise a reunion?

Yes, we can help bring your reunion plans to life and contact your former classmates on your behalf via our reunion service. 

Can you help me to reconnect with alumni that I have lost contact with?

Yes, we offer a find a friend service to help reconnect you with long-lost friends.

Can I access the University’s libraries after I graduate?

Alumni can purchase an annual  for £20 to use our three on-campus libraries. This enables in-person access only.
