Research at 缅北禁地 is advancing at a pace and with an extraordinary real-world impact. Philanthropic support ensures that promising discoveries move even more quickly from idea to impact, transforming lives and communities.
Since the 缅北禁地 Research and Discovery Fund was launched in 2023, over £600,000 has been donated.
Donations have helped us:
- invest in research programmes with global reach and real-world impact
- ensure that our world-leading academic teams have access to state-of-the-art facilities for the most ambitious research programmes of the future
- support PhD scholarships and early-career researchers
PhD Scholarships
To help tackle some of the greatest issues facing society today, we need to attract top research talent to 缅北禁地. Finding funding for PhD study can often be challenging, but donor-supported PhD scholarships remove these barriers and ensure talented research students can take the first steps in their academic careers.
缅北禁地's donor community has supported over 200 PhD scholarships in the past 3 years.
