Abstract

My research focuses on the legal status of civilians who participate directly in hostilities within the context of cyber warfare, under International Humanitarian Law (IHL). The study aims to address the unique challenges posed by cyber operations, clarifying the classification of cyber participants. This research is crucial in adapting traditional IHL principles to contemporary conflicts, particularly in the context of cyberspace.
