Leaving the University

Guidance on how to leave your role as a student worker and what to do when leaving the University.

What do I do when I finish my position with Unitemps?

If you have finished your assignment with Unitemps 缅北禁地 and you are not planning to work through us in the future, then you will need to request your P45. A P45 request will remove you from the Unitemps 缅北禁地 payroll. Please email your request to unitemps@newcastle.ac.uk. You will need to include your name and the final date you worked for Unitemps.

If you request a P45 and then subsequently plan to do further work for Unitemps, then you will need to come to the office to be setup on the payroll and to complete your right to work checks again before you start working.

Find more information regarding P45 forms on the

Employment reference
