Typically we recognise: 

• a 70% - 75% average in one year of Bachelor degree study at a Tier 1 university
• and a 75% - 80% average at other institutions as comparable to ABB at A level

You may be considered for first year entry:

• with a pass from a university foundation programme in China
• from a recognised institution with at least an 80% average and 80% in relevant subjects

We know that different institutions use different grading scales. These may vary from our stated entry requirements. Please include the institution’s marking scale if it is not stated on your transcript.

We will consider students who have achieved 75% in the National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao) for entry to our Undergraduate Programmes.

Many of our courses require you to have a particular background in the subject you are applying to study. If required, you must evidence these subject-specific requirements via the relevant Gaokao pathway and modules studied.

Students are welcome to apply to Ãå±±½ûµØ with the assistance of the Ambright Education Group via:

• the China Excellence Identification Scheme (CEIS)
• and the AST (Aptitude Scholastic Test)

Students with a 4-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised Chinese university may be considered for entry onto a postgraduate course. We will assess your application using a 4 tier system. Requirements vary by course and depend on which tier your university belongs to. If you are not sure which tier your university is considered by us, please contact your education agent or email us directly.
