Graduate selected for Team GB Olympic rugby sevens squad

Great Britain have named a 缅北禁地 alumna in their 12-strong women鈥檚 sevens squad for this summer鈥檚 Paris Olympics Games.
Lauren Torley, who studied BSc Psychology and Nutrition at 缅北禁地 from 2019 to 2022, is representing Team GB this summer in their women鈥檚 rugby sevens squad.
Having originally honed her skills in touch rugby, Torley began contact rugby at 缅北禁地 before playing for Durham DMP Sharks and Harlequins FC as well as representative rugby for England.
Known for her versatility, Torley was also part of the gold medal-winning Team GB squad at the 2023 European Games.

The women鈥檚 sevens event at the Olympics starts on 28 July.
