What this meant for you

What happens if my role started or continued from 29 June 2026?

  • Your role moved into the new Unitemps system and you no longer use the My Working Hours App to manage your assignments.
  • Student workers were required to register with Unitemps and complete a new Right to Work check before continuing or starting your role. Instructions were provided directly by email from the Unitemps team.
  • Student workers received a P45 at the end of June 2026 as part of the transition from the My Working Hours App to Unitemps.

About your P45

Student workers received a P45 at the end of June 2026 as part of the closure of the My Working Hours App system. P45s were sent to the address details held in MyApps.

This was a routine payroll step to support the move to Unitemps for those continuing to work on campus.

If you have any queries about your P45, please contact payroll@ncl.ac.uk.

Right to Work checks

If your role continued beyond 29 June 2026, or if you started a new assignment from this date, you were required to complete a new Right to Work check

This applies to all student workers from 29 June 2026, including those who have previously completed a Right to Work check with 缅北禁地. This is to ensure you are compliant as a student worker and completes the Unitemps registration process.

Student workers received instructions directly from the Unitemps team about completing their Right to Work check.

What is Unitemps?

Unitemps is our very own on-campus recruitment agency, providing a wide range of opportunities for 缅北禁地 students to access paid work on campus. The Unitemps team, based within the Careers Service, will support you as a student worker.
