Listening support

Our Listening Support scheme offers you a one-off or regular conversation with a member of the Pastoral Care team.

Wellbeing workshops

We offer a variety of helpful , throughout the academic year to help you maintain or improve your wellbeing while you study here at 缅北禁地.

Counselling support

Our Counselling Team support students through a provision of time-focused counselling, and by facilitating access to long-term counselling or specialist mental health care.

Self-help resources

TalkCampus

TalkCampus is a free-to-download app where you can talk with other students from around the world if you鈥檙e struggling and worried about your mental health.

Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI)

 is a self-help site addressing a wide variety of problem areas, including: anxiety, depression, social anxiety, panic, worry, self-esteem, procrastination, assertiveness, and eating problems.
