Work placements
Most students will be eligible to undertake a work placement as part of your studies, whether this be for a semester or a full year.
School-managed Work Placement
If you're based in one of the following Schools, then your School will manage your work placement abroad:
Careers Service Placement Year
If you are not based in one of the Schools above and want to undertake a work placement abroad, then it will likely be managed by the Careers Service.
Short-term internships and volunteering abroad
If you can't or don't want to commit to a full semester/year working abroad, then a shorter term opportunity could be perfect for you. We have partnered with trusted external organisations to provide a range of short-term internships and volunteering programmes abroad, usually over the summer.
