Supporting use of the Skills & Attributes area

NEW: A vision for education and skills at 缅北禁地:

The Skills and Attributes area of My Progress helps students reflect on the skills they develop during their time at 缅北禁地 and identify opportunities for further development. This page provides guidance to help you support students to use this area effectively.

Students can assess their confidence against the Skills and Attributes Framework. Each assessment is saved, allowing them to revisit previous responses and track changes in their confidence over time.

Encouraging students to complete a self-assessment before an Academic Advising meeting can support a focused development discussion about:

  • the skills and attributes in which they feel most confident
  • evidence of their achievements, which they can record in the Reflections tab
  • areas they would like to develop
  • goals and opportunities that could support their development

Students can use the Skills Catalogue, alongside relevant opportunities within their programme, to explore ways to develop their chosen skills.

Explore the interactive image below to see how each part of the Skills and Attributes area can support these conversations.
